Regulations:
1. SHORT FILM is a must, max. 20 minutes of duration – this means including the title & credit. Any styles any genres. As long as it is short.
2. The screening sequence is set from the shortest film. THE SHORTER SHORT WILL BEAT THE LONGER SHORT! It is IMPORTANT because the event is limited to 120 minutes ONLY.
WHAT’S THE RISK? (… for those who have not understood yet …) Here… if your short film keeps beating down by the shorter short, that is until the duration of 120 minutes of the event is up, meaning your short film loosing the chance to be screened.
3. YOU SHOULD HOLD THE RIGHT to register the short film. AND YOU HAVE TO BE PRESENT, presenting your WORK.

4. The format must be digital. H264 compressed, and mp4 container is prefferable. This Handbrake tutorial might help, it’s a freeware for mac and windows user and very easy to use: https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=HPJ2NwYYlEk
5. ONCE AGAIN: The total time slot is 120 minutes, including slight discussions / presentations (not more than 2 minutes) after each film. Meaning; if the number of films with the total number of its duration exceeds the event slot … some longer shorts might not be able to be screened. Again, the time out regulation is strict. After the 120 minutes, then there is a bigger discussion with everyone…
6. You can register online at http://bit.ly/15OpenDec (otherwise scroll down, same thing) yet the on-line registration is NOT A GUARANTEE that your film will be screened. YOU STILL HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS ABOVE. On-line form only helps filmmaker who thinks they might be late for the registration (at 13:00 – 13:15). Think as the on-line check-in for your flight. For those who register online, please bring proof that you have already registered. Form can be printed or just make a pdf and show it from your mobile, at the registration desk. The Form is in BAHASA INDONESIA and the event will be run in BAHASA INDONESIA. So please act as if you understand the language well.
