He grew up in Bali, where music and art has always been an integral part of the family circle. He’s been volunteering and working with Minikino since 2003. |

 FRANSISKA PRIHADIProgram Director cika@minikino.org (b.1979) Fransiska Prihadi is an architect and co-founder of the art-house cinema MASH Denpasar. She served as guest programmer, preselection committee & jury for various national and international short film festivals, with experience as facilitator and mentor for short film programming and film critics workshops. |

Fira’s great interest in film, graphic design & voice acting brought her to Minikino. She started in 2018 as a film library officer, then continued working in the festival management until now.

He has experience in a wide range of technical, communications, training, management and teamwork work. He is also responsible for handling volunteers and arranging technical matters that support the organization of the festival.

Ahmad Fauzi (Ozi) is a researcher and writer who was active in journalism and arts organizations during his university years. He has a keen interest in issues of equality, modernity/coloniality, and audio-visual culture.
