She served as guest programmer, preselection committee & jury for various national and international short film festivals, with experience as facilitator and mentor for short film programming and film critics workshops. |

She co-founded Kisahpedia.id, a social media platform promoting tolerance and humanity in Indonesia. She is also involved in mentoring and facilitating workshops, highlighting potential of short films. |

![]() Festival Manager holly@minikino.org Stanis Obeth Hollyfield is the Festival Manager of Minikino Film Week, Bali International Short Film Festival (MFW). Graduated from civil engineering studies, he oversees logistic and technical operations, volunteer training and management of MFW since 2022 . He also served as part of the programming team of film distribution initiative Bioskopan and MASH Denpasar Art House Cinema. |
![]() Art & Visual Design Coordinator fira@minikino.orgFira began her journey in short film while studying communications in 2018, volunteering at Minikino Film Week. She is now a full-time Design Coordinator at Minikino and a member of the MFW programming team. Fira has served as a jury member in several national short film competitions. In 2024, she was a panelist for the Inclusive Cinema Short Film Conference at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival in France. Currently, she is also actively involved in Minikino Studio’s productions, contributing to the promotion of inclusive cinema. |
![]() Short Film Market Coordinator dyana@minikino.orgDyana is the Short Film Market Coordinator at Minikino Film Week (MFW), Bali International Short Film Festival. A graduate in Event Management, she has a strong passion for connecting people through events. She has experience as the Project Coordinator for the Vertical Filmmaking Competition 2024, a collaboration between Minikino, Internews, and FilmAid. Dyana also plays a key role as a committee member for the Minikino Shorts Up Film Lab 2024 and 2025. |

She has a strong interest in history, art, the environment, and social issues. With experience in researching the arts ecosystem and social issues, she actively writes and produces reports for academic media and government-based institutions. She now leads the Education and Research division at Minikino, playing a key role in its development and initiatives. |

She has an educational background in International Relations and practical experience. Her interest in film drives her to constantly explore new ways to connect audiences with relevant and inspiring content. Alda believes that social media is a powerful tool to expand coverage and deepen engagement in film culture. With strong dedication and deep insight, Alda continues to be a positive driver in the industry through social media. |
![]() Administration TeamElin joined Minikino in 2021 as an administrative staff member. She is a Deaf and actively engaged in social and cultural activities to raise awareness about Deaf communities. Currently, Elin also serves as a board member of the GERKATIN Bali (Indonesian Association for the Welfare of the Deaf) and the Bali Deaf Community, contributing to efforts to promote awareness and inclusion for the Deaf community, as well as bridging interactions between the Deaf and hearing communities. |
