WHO CAN APPLY?

1. Open to Indonesian citizens and non-Indonesian citizens, above 18 years old.
2. We will prioritize applicants who live in Bali.
3. For applicants who reside outside Bali, you will have to cover all the travel expenses and accommodation in Bali at your own cost.
4. Available to join training and volunteer works in this period: 6 – 21 September 2024

JOB DESC EACH DIVISION AT MFW10

HOSPITALITY DIVISION

GUEST SERVICE
Bertugas membantu tim hospitality festival memberi pelayanan terhadap tamu-tamu festival.
Responsible for helping the hospitality festival team provide services to festival guests.

PUBLIC RELATION
Bertugas menjadi narahubung dan pengingat para kolaborator serta partner MFW10 terkait kegiatan festival dari awal hingga akhir.
Responsible for being a contact person and reminder to the collaborators and partners of MFW10 regarding festival activities from start to finish.

SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLICATION
Bertugas dalam mempublikasikan semua informasi terkait festival dalam media sosial dan menjadi pusat informasi bagi seluruh tamu selama festival berlangsung.
Responsible for publishing all information related to the festival on social media and being the information center for all guests during the festival.

PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
Bertugas mengaktivasi partisipasi dan promosi kolaborator atau partner MFW10 kepada seluruh tamu selama kegiatan festival dari awal hingga akhir.
Responsible for activating participation and promotion of MFW10 collaborators and partners to all guests during festival activities from start to finish.

VENUE DIVISION

L.O. VENUE
Menerima, mendata, melaporkan dan menjaga venue pemutaran MFW10 sesuai dengan jadwal festival, termasuk memastikan tes layar (audio-visual) di tiap awal pemutaran, memastikan file film sudah tersedia dan sesuai dengan jadwal pemutaran.
Responsible for receiving, recording, maintaining, and reporting the MFW10 Screening Venue accordance with the festival schedule, including ensuring screen tests (audio-visual) at the beginning of each screening, ensuring film files are available and in accordance with the screening schedule.

TICKETING
Bertanggung jawab atas distribusi maupun penukaran tiket di tiga venue utama selama festival berlangsung.
Responsible for distributing and exchanging tickets in three main venue during the festival.

VR & VIDEO LIBRARY
Bertugas menerima, mendata, melaporkan serta menjaga ketertiban di Video Library, termasuk saat pemutaran film VR. Tugas lainnya adalah membantu untuk mencari film yang diinginkan penonton serta memahami kategori setiap film.
Responsible for receiving, recording, reporting, and maintaining order in the Video Library, including VR Film screenings. Other tasks include assisting viewers in finding the films they want and understanding the category of each film.

 

GENERAL DIVISION

POP-UP CINEMA TEAM
Bertugas untuk mempersiapkan dan bertanggung jawab atas layar tancap, melakukan pemutaran layar tancap ke desa-desa saat festival.
Responsible for preparing and being in charge of the screen, conducting screenings to villages during festivals.

TECHNICAL TEAM
Bertugas untuk mempersiapkan dan memastikan kelengkapan teknis dari seluruh pemutaran.
Responsible for preparing and ensuring the technical completeness of all screenings.

GENERAL TEAM
Bertugas membantu kelancaran kerja berbagai divisi atau keperluan lainnya selama kegiatan festival berlangsung. Divisi ini cocok untuk orang-orang yang yang tenang dan mampu berpikir kreatif bila menemui tantangan.
Responsible for helping the work of various divisions or other purposes during the festival activities. This division is suitable for people who are calm and able to think creatively and wisely when faced with challenges.

 

DOCUMENTATION DIVISION

• Memahami dasar fotografi termasuk teori segitiga exposure, dan komposisi. Understand the basic theory of the exposure triangle and basic composition.
• Memiliki kamera pribadi yang dapat digunakan mengambil gambar diam maupun bergerak dalam keadaan minim cahaya dan di ruangan kecil. Bring your own gear that will perform well under low-light and tight space conditions. It applies for both photographer and videographer.

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Bertugas mendokumentasikan kegiatan festival dalam bentuk foto yang akan diakumulasikan setiap harinya. Mengikuti arahan koordinator dokumentasi serta rutin menyetor foto pada loader.
Responsible for documenting festival activities in the form of photos that will be accumulated every day. Follow the directions of the documentation coordinator and regularly collect photos to the loader team.

VIDEO DOCUMENTATION
Bertugas mendokumentasikan kegiatan festival dalam bentuk video yang akan diakumulasikan setiap harinya. Mengikuti arahan koordinator dokumentasi serta rutin menyetor foto pada loader.
In charge of documenting festival activities in the form of videos that will be accumulated every day. Follow the directions of the documentation coordinator and regularly collect videos to the loader team.

LOADER
Bertugas untuk menerima, memeriksa dan memastikan semua hasil dokumentasi harian berada pada tempat yang sesuai dan tercatat dengan baik. Tugas lainnya mengubah nama file sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan.
Responsible for receiving, checking and ensuring all daily documentation results are in the appropriate place and properly recorded. Other tasks change the file name according to the predetermined standard.

EVENT & SHORT FILM MARKET DIVISION

Bertugas untuk membantu kegiatan festival non-screening seperti Opening, Closing, Forum, Talks, Workshop selama festival berlangsung.
Responsible for assisting non-screening festival activities such as Opening, Closing, Forums, Talks, Workshops during the festival.
