Minikino Film Week, Bali International Short Film Festival is searching for motivated individuals to work together as a team from 8 September – 23 September 2023.<\/span>
\nSo, if you are passionate about short films, festivals, art, and getting new experiences working with people and local communities, you are the one we’re looking for!<\/span>

WHO CAN APPLY?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open to Indonesian citizens and non-Indonesian citizens, above 18 years old.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. We will prioritize applicants who live in Bali.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. For applicants who reside outside Bali, you will have to cover all the travel expenses and accommodation in Bali at your own cost.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Available to join training and volunteer works in this period: 8 September – 23 September 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    JOB DESC EACH DIVISION AT MFW9<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

    HOSPITALITY DIVISION<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    L.O. GUEST
    \nBertugas membantu tim Hospitality Festival memberi pelayanan terhadap tamu-tamu festival.
    \nResponsible for helping the Hospitality Festival team provide services to festival guests.<\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    L.O. VENUE
    \n<\/strong>Menerima, mendata, melaporkan dan menjaga Venue Pemutaran MFW9 Sesuai dengan jadwal Festival, termasuk memastikan tes layar (audio-visual) tiap awal pemutaran. <\/span>Tanyakan file film dan pastikan sesuai dengan jadwal pemutaran.
    \nResponsible for receiving, recording, maintaining, and reporting the MFW9 Screening Venue according to the festival schedule, including ensuring a screen test (audio-visual) at the start of each screening. Also responsible for ensuring film files and according to the screening schedule.<\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    PUBLIC RELATION DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas menjadi narahubung dan pengingat kepada para kolaborator serta partner MFW9 terkait kegiatan festival dari awal hingga akhir.
    \n<\/span>Responsible for being a Contact Person and reminder to the collaborators and partners of MFW9 regarding festival activities from start to finish.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    PARTNER ENGAGEMENT DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas mengaktivasi partisipasi dan promosi kolaborator atau partner MFW9 kepada seluruh tamu selama kegiatan festival dari awal hingga akhir.
    \nResponsible for activating participation and promotion of MFW9 collaborators and partners to all guests during festival activities from start to finish.<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    PHOTO DOCUMENTATION DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas mendokumentasikan kegiatan festival dalam bentuk foto yang akan diakumulasikan setiap harinya.
    \nResponsible for documenting festival activities in the form of photos which will be accumulated every day.<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    VIDEO DOCUMENTATION DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas mendokumentasikan kegiatan festival dalam bentuk video yang akan diakumulasikan setiap harinya.
    \nResponsible for documenting festival activities in the form of videos which will be accumulated every day.<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    SOCIAL MEDIA DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas dalam mempublikasikan semua informasi terkait festival dalam media sosial dan sebagai pusat informasi bagi seluruh tamu selama festival berlangsung.
    \nResponsible for publishing all information related to the festival on social media and being the information center for all guests during the festival.<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    EVENT & SHORT FILM MARKET DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas untuk membantu kegiatan festival non-screening seperti Opening, Closing, Forum, Talks, Workshop selama festival berlangsung.
    \nResponsible for assisting non-screening festival activities such as Opening, Closing, Forums, Talks, and Workshops during the festival.<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    MERCHANDISE DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas untuk distribusi stok merchandise dan bertanggung jawab atas penjualan saat festival berlangsung.
    \n<\/span>Responsible for sales and distribution of merchandise during the festival.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    GENERAL DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertugas membantu kelancaran kerja berbagai divisi atau keperluan lainnya selama kegiatan festival berlangsung. Divisi ini cocok untuk orang-orang yang yang tenang dan mampu berpikir kreatif bila menemui tantangan.
    \nResponsible for helping with the work of various divisions or other purposes during the festival activities. This division is suitable for people who are calm and able to think creatively and wisely when faced with challenges.<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    FESTIVAL PASS DIVISION<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Bertanggung jawab untuk atas distribusi festival pass maupun penukaran tiket acara khusus lainnya selama festival berlangsung.
    \nResponsible for distributing festival passes and exchanging tickets for other special events during the festival<\/span><\/em>
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n
