Behind its function as entertainment, the film as a supplement for psychiatric therapy has recently developed and many books have been written. "Cinema therapy is the process of using movies made for the big screen or television for therapeutic purposes," says Gary Solomon, PhD, MPH, MSW, author of The Motion Picture Prescription and Reel Therapy. Furthermore, I believe that film as a reflection of an idea and emotion, should have not only affects their audience, but also affects all those involved in the production as well.
Each short film in this program takes us into the inner struggle of its characters, presented in both narrative and non-narrative form. This program is expected to provide a reflective experience, bringing us to look around our life, perhaps even looking inside each us.
