SHORT FILM PARTICIPATION REGULATIONS:

1. SHORT IS A MUST

No more than 20 minutes – that means including the title & credits. Any genre, style, style! Total freedom! Just make sure it is more than 1 frame and can be projected on the screen.

2. STARTED FROM THE SHORTEST DURATION

THE SHORTER FILMS SHIFT THE LONGER and events are limited to 90 minutes ONLY. WHAT’S THE RISK? (… for those who might still not get it…) Like … if your film keeps shifting to a shorter one, until the event duration ends, it means your short film is canceled and you change your status to become an honorary audience

3. YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHTS OF THE FILM

In order for your film to be shown, you need to be present to register and present your film. Registration is (only) open 1 hour before the event starts and closes 15 minutes before the event starts.

PLEASE ALSO NOTICE:

4. The most secure format is using H264 compress, and the container is mp4. You can find some Handbrake tutorial to help you with this format.

5. ONCE AGAIN: Total time slot is 90 minutes, including short discussion / presentation (no more than 2 minutes) at the beginning of the film. That means; if the number of films with their total duration exceeds the slots … there are some longer films cannot be shown. Once again, please understand this. After 90 minutes, then, there are the main Q&A with everyone…
