REGULATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:
1. SHORT IS A MUST
No longer than 20 mins – this is supposedlu including the title & credits. Genre, style, anything! As long as; it is more than 1 frame and it can be projected to the screen.
2. STARTED FROM THE SHORTEST
Remember “stand in line, where the shorter kid stand in front” in you junior school? The shorter one will get rid of the longer film and the whole event will only run for 120 minutes.
WHAT WILL BE THE RISK? (…for you who doesn’t get it…) here…if your film got move away every time by the shorter one, until the event ended, it means you lost the chance to screen your film.
3. YOU MUST BE THE RIGHT OWNER
and to participate, YOU MUST BE PRESENT, presenting your own film.

4. The safest format is H264, and the container is mp4. Here is a Handbrake tutorial to start with: (tutorial)
5. ONCE AGAIN: The total time slot is 120 minutes, including short discussions / presentations (no more than 2 minutes) at the beginning of each films. If the total duration of all films exceeds the slot … there will be some films that can’t be screened.
