The program features a selection of award-winning Thai short films. You Can Call Me Skoi is a coming-of-age short film about a pre-teen girl trying to fit into her world. Siam is a personal animation project reflecting the filmmaker’s childhood memories of the lost standalone cinema called Siam. Dugong Tears is an experimental documentary reflecting on spirituality and the environment. Lastly, Please P(r)ay Attention is a dry humor short about a mysterious water leak dripping in a room.

The S-Express Short Film Program Exchange was initiated in 2002 showcased on a regional scale.
To this day, S-Express remains the only short film program exchange network connecting these Southeast Asian countries. With its remarkable network, S-Express plays an important role worthy of note in the historical development of Southeast Asian short film.
