The Minikino Film Week 10 National Jury Board is comprised of art, literature, and film professionals representing diverse nationalities, disciplines, and genders. They have been invited to preview a selection of nominated Indonesian productions that have successfully passed the 2024 Official Selection and the Indonesia Raja 2024 selection, meeting the criteria for the 2024 National Competition Award.
Additionally, during their review process, the board will evaluate and determine the winner of the BEGADANG FILMMAKING COMPETITION 2024.
The final decision will be made during the festival, following deliberation meetings among jury members.
Minikino Film Week 10 have the honor to present the national jury members:

CHALIDA UABUMRUNGJIT
Festival Director, Film Archivist, Thailand
Chalida Uabumrungjit graduated in film from Thammasat University and film archiving from University ofEast Anglia,UK. She is one of the founding members of Thai Short Film and Video Festival which she has served as Festival Director since 1997.
She was involved in making a number of experimental films and documentaries. She is also one of the selection committee of AND (Asian Network of Documentary) from 2006-2018 Currently she serves as the Director of the Film Archive, Thailand.

TSANG HING WENG ERIC
Filmmaker, Artist, Hong Kong
TSANG Hing Weng Eric is a Hong Kong-based filmmaker and artist. His debut feature film Hong Kong Family (2022) premiered in Busan International Film Festival and was awarded the People’s Choice Award in Pingyao International Film Festival and Hong Kong Asian Film Festival. His short films have been selected by four Oscars-Qualifying film festivals so far including A Thousand Sails (2019) which was selected by Sundance Film Festival.
Eric co-founded Eye Catcher with Renaissance Foundation Hong Kong in recent years in order to promote independent filmmaking among Hong Kong young moving image creators. He’s also the author of the book Tales of Honey: A Collection of Interviews with Post-80s Directors from the Greater China.

PER FIKSE
Festival Director, Software Development Manager, Norway
Per Fikse is the Director of Minimalen Short Film Festival in Trondheim, Norway, from 1999 to date, a festival he has programmed for since 1994. The festival had its 36th edition in January, screening 250 films over six days.
Per Fikse holds a Master of Management degree from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has made a few shorts and contributed with articles on film published in Norwegian and international media, and serves in a number of film festival juries each year. Along with the festival management he also works as a Software Development Manager in the private sector.

LULU RATNA
Short Film Programmer, Indonesia
Lulu Ratna, a Jakarta native, holds degrees in Anthropology from the University of Indonesia (1997) and IKJ Postgraduate School (2020). With extensive experience as a jury member, she recently served as Program Advisor at the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam/IDFA (2021-2023).
Lulu is a co-founder of the Boemboe Organization, and COFFIE. She currently teaches at the Film Studies Program, Multimedia Nusantara University. She also contributes to UCIFEST – UMN Animation & Film Festival as part of the Organizing Committee.
