Project your work on the big screen… without selection! Watch the films at your own risk!
REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. YOUR FILM MUST BE SHORT
Maximum duration: 25 minutes, including titles and credits.
Any genre, any style—anything goes! As long as the image moves and can be projected on screen.
2. FILMS SCREEN IN ORDER FROM SHORTEST TO LONGEST
Total screening time is limited to 75 minutes.
So here’s the deal: if your film keeps getting pushed by shorter ones until we reach 75 minutes, your film won’t be screened…
3. YOU MUST HOLD THE SCREENING RIGHTS
In other words: the film must be yours. Not your friend’s film… and definitely not ‘someone you don’t know’ film.
4. YOUR FILM FILE MUST BE OFFLINE-READY
The file must be ready to copy to the committee during registration.
Do not ask us to download it on the spot.
Prepare everything before you reach the registration desk.
Remember to bring your flash drive / SSD / HDD and your data cable—or anything that can be used to transfer the file!
Failed transfers are not the responsibility of Minikino Open December.
5. FILM REGISTRATION OPENS AT 13:00 WITA ON-SITE AND CLOSES AT 13:45 WITA
REGULATIONS FOR THE AUDIENCE
Arrive on time, dressed and behaving appropriately…
and since there will be a potluck party after the screenings, bring food or drinks to share with other attendees.
If you don’t bring anything… well… that’s on you…
