BEGADANG FILMMAKING COMPETITION is a National competition, its participants are the holders of Indonesian KTP or Passport.
The Competition challenge participants to produce a short fiction film project within 34 hours. Furthermore, they are required to respond to some cinematic elements to be used in production. This year’s elements are;
- Maximum of 3 shots allowed in the final film
- No musical instruments allowed to be used in the score
- A Scene that showing something is falling down and making a noise/sound
- A Scene that shows the activity of turning on a light source
The “BEGADANG FILMMAKING COMPETITION 2020” takes place on Saturday 25 July 2020, 8:00 WITA and the final film must be submitted before 26 July 2020, 18:00 WITA.

CHILDREN PROGRAM FROM CLERMONT-FERRAND INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
Today, the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival is the world’s largest film festival dedicated to short films. In term of audience and professional presence, it is the second largest film festival in France after Cannes.
The festival is at the heart of many activities and missions conducted all year long by the collective Sauve qui peut le court métrage. The association employs 18 permanents, all based in Auvergne, where a whole dynamic around cinema has been created.
The 2017 edition recorded more than 160,000 entries and welcomed more than 3,500 professionals.
