A little child wanders around in what appears to be a cave or hallway. The child runs backward and forward in the darkness and shouts "I’m scared!" repeatedly. The child’s repeated exlamations exist only in a vacuum in which it is not clear if there is a beginning or an end. The metaphor of endless repeating and its absurdity remind us "En attendant Godot" or "Teletubby".

Africa is currently experiencing one of the worst epidemics the world has ever seen – AIDS. The effect that this has on the children of Africa is not widely known or understood. This documentary does not try to explain the problem medically or socially, but rather to show the viewer the faces of those who are innocent though still affected.
